Grounding Well reviews and discussion

I received the grounding mat as a gift and i absolutely love using it. I ended up gifting it to a family member and I am in the process of purchasing another one for myself. Their products are great.

High recommend groundingwell mats, I reviewed similar ones from amazon that are cheaper but they ripped easily. The ones at grounding well are higher quality and longer lasting. You won't regret buying one!

At first i was a bit skeptical, i mean what is this mat made for? Then i watched the "Secrets of curing cancer" documentary that came out a year ago and it mentioned these grounding practices which helped athletes recover better. so yah im all for it!

Grandma has been testing a grounding sheet to see if it helps with her arthritis pain. Wetried it personally but she has been using it for almost a week. It seems to be helping so far!

I read online, it says grounding mats can help with "feeling significantly calmer, less stressed, improved sleep quality, increased focus, a sense of being more present, and even reduced physical pain" . I really do see a BIG BIG improvement whether its a placebo or not, its good stuffs
