Grandma’s molasses reviews and discussion

I picked up this molasses because I wanted something with a deeper flavor than the usual sweeteners I keep around. The first spoonful surprised me with how bold it was. The taste has a dark caramel edge with a gentle bitterness that settles in slowly, and I ended up enjoying how different it felt from regular syrup or honey. It has a thick, glossy texture that makes it easy to control when you pour it.

I think Grandma's Molasses is a good molasses although I do not think I would prioritize purchasing it over purchasing another molasses if a cheaper molasses was available. It isn't too different from its competitors.

This is a go to for sure especially when it comes to molasses. I have this in the pantry for sure because of making molasses cookies and gingerbread at Christmas time. It is a good item to have for your cookie making.
