  • Gillette Venus is a fantastic brand of shaving products. I like the disposable razors for a quick on-the-go solution. I find they leave my skin feeling smoother than some other disposable razor options and last quite a while.

  • I don't like the lubricant (Lubrastrip as they call it) and think that the strip on the edges goops up when showering. I like the men's razors better because there is no pink-tax and they don't use the same lubricant.

  • Best razors! I’ve been using these forever, but the Venus Embrace is hands down the best ones. There’s a difference between the regular and embrace (3 vs 5 blades). Invest in the 5 - they’re a tad more expensive but often on sale at Costco.

  • Venus women’s razors are my go to razors. I buy the ones with the shave strips to keep my legs moisturized and they’re quality so they don’t nick you like cheap razors do. They last a while so you don’t have to replace them regularly.

  • I have tried almost every razor on the market and always come back to the old faithful Venus. I have been using it since my teenage years. I have yet to find a razor that is sensitive to my skin at this price point.

  • Gillette Venus razors give a smooth, close shave without irritation. The handle is comfortable, and the blades last longer than most. The only downside is that they can be a bit pricey, but overall, they provide excellent results. Definitely worth the investment for smooth skin.

  • This brand is a clear expert and leader in shaving products. I always feel confident that I'll get a good shave that leaves me feeling clean and smooth when I use their products. They have a good variety of basic to premium options.

  • I really enjoy these razors a lot! The reusable ones have 5 blades and work really well to shave without in-grown hairs. I especially like the ones coated with shaving cream, they really help with slick and super gentle on the skin

  • It's pretty much the only razor I've ever used or owned since middle school. Nowadays, I like using the comfort glide razors with the soap buffers, and I don't need to worry about buying shaving cream anymore. I do hate that I have to keep buying replacement pieces, and there always seems to be that pink bacteria developing in the plastic cracks of the handle.

  • I use the Gillette Satin Care Ultra Sensitive Shave Gel for Women whenever I shave and I can not say how much of a difference switching to this brand made. Other shaving creams made my skin itchy after when I started using this product the itching went away. I also allergies to certain scents so I love that it is fragrance free and I don't have to worry about a strong scent bothering my nose.

  • I’ve been using Venus razors for years because they were always a reliable go-to — smooth shave, easy glide, and designed for women’s skin. But lately? The quality has noticeably gone down. The blades feel dull after just a couple of uses, and the moisturizing strip melts off way too fast. I don’t know if it’s a formula change or cost-cutting, but the razors don’t last like they used to. Shaving my legs or underarms now feels more like a tug than a glide, and I end up going over the same spots multiple times, which defeats the whole point. For the price, I expect better longevity and sharpness. Still decent in a pinch, but not the staple it once was. I've started looking into alternatives like Billie or Athena Club — I think it might be time for a switch.
