  • I most recently tried the Ghost energy drink. While I like the vast array of flavors and the availability of the products at many locations, the large amount of caffeine does have a negative impact for me. I have found drinking only a small portion works well and gives me the energy boost I need.

  • Ghost makes the best hydration packets around. I also use their Sonic branded Ocean Water gamer focus/energy, which is an elite form of getting energized. the sour patch kids hydration sticks are the best on the market. they are sugar free, but taste exactly like the candy (blue raspberry and red sour patch kids. the lemon lime flavor is outstanding as well. They work quickly and the benefits are immediate. my only complaint is that the residue left over, can be tough to clean, so I recommend washing and scrubbing the cup or glass prior to putting it in the dishwasher.

Are all electrolyte brands the same? I tried 7 brands to find out.

  • I love this brand. I love the pre workout, protein powder and hydration sticks. I love drinking everyday the energy drink.

  • I've been using their hydration sticks in the sour patch blue raspberry flavor, and so far, super impressed. They are tasty, leaning a little too sickly sweet, but it helps to get water quick when you're lightheaded and a little dehydrated. Will probably keep trying the other flavors as well.

  • Have tried many many flavors including chips ahoy, cinnamon cereal milk, milk chocolate, and coffee milkshake and enjoyed them all! My favorite protein powders.

  • BEWARE! This product made me very sick after drinking half a shake. I’ve never had a problem with the chocolate milk flavor but this Cinnabon flavor needs to be looked into. There’s no way of knowing how many other people have had this issue because you can’t leave a review on their webinar but you can’t. Their customer service made it clear that once you purchase they don’t care what your experience is. I paid over $50 for a product that literally made me consult a physician.
