I truly hate this company. I tried to cancel my subscription for weeks and they assured me it had been canceled but they kept sending me boxes and kept charging my bank account. The website is tricky to use and I was trapped from that standpoint so I emailed them to the extreme ( I mean countless times) begging them to cancel my account. Of course, they don't communicate person to person on a phone. They always responded to me with "We understand your frustration but your order is already in the pipeline." It's been never ending and I want to sue them. You see, they are always right. The food is just ok. The salads are fine but the soups and pasta are not very good. We tired of it all very quickly.The worst thing about it is that your next order is already "down the pipeline from which there's nothing that can be done to stop it" and you haven't even had a chance to taste all the products. This company has no integrity and is a rip off. It's been a circle of hell dealing with them and I hate that I ever gave them a try. So many meals in the trash and so much money wasted. Is there a possibility of a refund? No way! Never happening! They have horrible customer service and are terrible at communicating logically through email. I feel like I was trapped and abused. I'm truly considering legal action. It would mean more costs on my end but I truly hate them that much. My weekly experience with them began on March 27, 2024 and is ongoing. I was so confused using their website I accidentally opened two accounts so I received two full boxes one week. It was all because I couldn't get the choices I wanted because the site is so hard to navigate. Nothing is clearly stated. If you want some overpriced soups and salads proceed with caution.

DO NOT ORDER! No customer service! No Ap! No way to change order! No response!. We are having to cancel payment through the bank! We llve some of the other meal services, but this one isn’t user friendly at all! Better luck contacting a human at Facebook!

trash company, trash product, company does not like any criticism, just likes to block people on social media so that people spouting the truth are silenced.

I just got my first Gardencup order this weekend and I am I love. While the prices are a bit high for just the vegetarian versions of the cup, I enjoy the convenience and the salads are delicious!
Garden Cup has made bringing a fresh salad to work easy and delicious. You can subscribe to six, nine, or twelve salads a week (I go with six), then there are nine salads with chicken, one with ham, and eight vegetarian versions from which to choose. I've tried all of the vegetarian ones and they are all great but, if I had to pick just one, Southwest Veggie would get my vote for favorite salad. The only downside is the $12 per salad price but I keep ordering them because they are super easy to bring to work every day and they are very filling. Highly recommend if you are looking to add more salad to your diet. The containers are also great: very reusable or you can recycle them.
