I ordered this top not knowing if it would fit and be flattering, I absolutely love the stretchy material and it's so cute with both shorts and pants. I have lipedema and lymphedema, so my sizing can change throughout the day. I will be ordering more items, style, fit are fantastic!!

This is my favorite skirt in my closet, and I have quite a few maxis to choose from. I live in the hot south and can still wear this on our hottest days. The free size makes it easy to be comfortable.

Exchanging for a different size was easy and fast, as soon as my item delivered I had new tracking within an hour! I also love the packaging it’s not plastic and comes in reusable, compostable bags. The clothing is some of my favorite that I own. I think some of the negative reviews are people not getting their way. The brand replies via email within minutes and the return was easy!

Love this company and their values. I have loved every piece I have ever received. I even lost a couple buttons on one of my older skirts, so I mentioned that in the notes in one of my recent orders and they sent me replacement buttons for free. A company that is good to the planet, has positive values, and has an incredible team that hand makes the adorable clothes! Place an order, you won’t regret it.

I am a new customer to the brand and I had a really positive experience as a plus size person. I also disagree with some of the reviews on here. I don’t know if it’s new but Gardenbelle accepted my return request immediately and I got my store credit nearly immediately. I feel really good in the clothes and will continue to shop here.

I first purchased from Gardenbelle in 2023. Everything was perfect, except the pants were a bit too big. Their sizes come in ranges, so I picked L for a more lax fit, but they ended up being so loose I couldn’t hold them up. This wasn’t that big of an issue though, so I tailored them at home and they fit like a glove. I looked GREAT. So naturally, when I had a bit more cash to spare the next year, I made another, bigger order (3 tops and 2 matching bottoms/jumpsuit). These things are EXPENSIVE, especially with shipping to my country in Southeast Asia. Of course I did my due diligence and took my measurements. I sized down because now I knew that if I ordered L, it would be too big. The package arrived and the bottoms did NOT fit. I was confused as hell, especially since I had ordered what was supposed to be the right size. The rise was way too short and the waist was a couple of INCHES shorter than what was stated on the website. I took multiple photos including one with a measuring tape. I sent them to their customer service but they claimed they didn’t do refunds or exchanges. I doubled down and refused to let it go. Eventually, after much back and forth, they sent me another pair OF THE SAME SIZE, claiming that this pair was “correctly measured”. IT WAS NOT!!!! I don’t understand why they didn’t just give me a size up since they knew my measurements and the ACTUAL measurements of the pants did not align!! At this point I was so tired of corresponding and figured it wasn’t worth it. I gave the two pairs away :/ I think the no returns/refunds rule is ridiculous for a store charging so much for “handmade” and “small batch” pieces. I haven’t bought anything from them since.

DO NOT BUY FROM GARDENBELLE!! They are terrible quality, have terrible customer service. Even from some research it seems they are a drop ship company. They have an outward show of being ethical and high quality and caring about their business but in reality it’s all lipstick on a pig. They are fast fashion. Everything I have ordered from them has developed numerous holes within just a few weeks. For the price and supposed quality that is unacceptable. Their size guides and color guides are not accurate or correct and then when this is brought to their attention they dig their heels in the mud and refuse to do better. They deserve to go bankrupt for scamming their customers in this way.

I love their clothes but have always had issues with customer service and shipping, and their return policy is kind of bogus. I ordered something that was supposed to fit; I took measurements and everything. I came to find out that it was too small when it arrived. Fine, I gifted that to a friend and didn't make a stink, but it would've been nice to exchange. I love to support small businesses, but when you don't offer some kind of exchange/return and your prices are high, it makes me not want to order. With the way they're packed, they could easily take the return and resell it as long as it has the tag. This would feel more sustainable over flat out NO RETURNS. Not like it's packed in plastic and folded at a factory, typically just shoved into a paper mailer. Idk, I've bought a few times from them, but after this last time, I think I'm done. My latest order didn't have any pre-orders in it but it's been over 2 weeks and part of the order still hasn't arrived.

Sharing this here as the company gets to pick and choose what reviews stay on their website. I’m genuinely so disappointed in my experience with this company. I’ve followed this brand on social media for years and was so excited to finally purchase something from them. I got this on preorder and was told it would ship within three weeks. It took double the time to finally ship. I figured with the 3 week time listed on the website that I was ordering with plenty of time to receive in time to wear to the Ren Fair the first weekend of October, but I just now received this today on October 19th (I ordered on September 5th). The customer service was so incredibly rude. Not only that, but they lied and said that my item shipped last Tuesday (October 8th). When I followed up and said there were no updates to tracking I received no response. Finally, this past Wednesday (October 16th) I received an email from Lauren with a different tracking number saying that my dress will be shipped that day. I asked what happened with the previous tracking and if it had been lost in the mail or if I’d been lied to - and I received no response. Overall, I’m very disappointed in my experience. Like I said I’ve followed this brand for 2-3 years on social media and have always loved their pieces, but after my experience I will no longer be following or purchasing from this brand. Highly disappointed. From looking at their physical store’s Google reviews, it shows that this brand really sucks at taking accountability. All of their responses are super defensive or outright rude. Do better.

I had a horrible experience with this shop. I ordered some dressed and I realized I used my old adress. Back then their "policy" was that you can cancel your order within 30min after ordering. So I messaged then immediately to tell them I gave them the wrong adress. Yet they ignored my message and send out the order anyway. I messaged them immediately again asking to cancel since I live 5 hours away from that adress. After going a bit back and forward they canceled the orders but didn't refund me for the shipping! Now they changed their very customer unfriendly policy that they do NO cancelations or adress changes whatsoever. So okay I try this again and order the dresses. They take a long time to arrive but okay I'm patient. When I recieved the dresses they where HUGE! They where both XXL instead of the regular size I ordered. I messaged them again explaining the dresses are not the right size. They answered me that they don't do returns and that I should just sell it online myself. I got really pissed at this point on how horrible their costumer service and policy's are. I measured the dresses and send proof with Pictrures showing them they send me the wrong size and that they made the mistake, not me. After going back and forward they finally agreed to refund. They would refund me after they recieved the return. So then they recieved the return and I message them again asking for my refund. I get ignored and no refund. Luckily I payed with PayPal and I managed to claim my money back from this shop. Sadly I had to cover the shipping cost myself for their mistake even tho I asked them many times for them to cover it since this was their mistake. They also deleted my review since I returned the dresses. I thought I was supporting a slow fashion and ethically buisness but their costumer service is just horrible and unreasonable. Do better!

Gardenbelle’s clothes are super super cute. They are made out of very nice materials as well. Unfortunately I’m unsure of the quality of the products; the patchwork pants rip easily and, the silk clothes have so many loose threads that also tear easily. I ordered a matching outfit, skirt and top. When ordering it said it would take 2-3 weeks to be shipped out. I had received the top about a week after the order, the skirt was estimated to arrive about 2 weeks later. A month later, I still hadn’t received my item and the tracking was incorrect. Gardenbelle had not even received the skirts yet and failed to reach out and say it was delayed. Mind you my tracking order said it had been delivered and they do not accept returns/ exchanges so at this point I was worried. I had reached out several times to express my concerns and I was given several different answers. I was told they would send the skirt later that week, and that they would be getting them that week. I requested that I have a new tracking number sent when they got them. Another week later I still had no updates. I wrote several emails stating that they are a money hungry company who does not care about their customers. I mentioned that customer service is very superficial and I did not think they handled responding to my emails very well. The following email only asked if I wanted a refund. All I wanted was to be updated like an organized business would do. The owner called me and told me about the process of being a small business. She also stated that orders go in chronological order. When I told her I have received multiple different answers throughout the email chain, she told me she was the only one responding. Why would she send me different answers just to say that those were all wrong? While this all makes sense, why couldn’t an update had been sent out about the arrival of the skirts? I practically had to beg for customer service and my product. I will not order again, I have heard many people express the same concerns as me. This business has good ideas and all but I think they have become money hungry. I doubt those who make the products are paid well, which also doesn’t make sense when the price of the items are more expensive than other stores.
