Very expensive and doesn't work 100% of the time. They recently changed from a prepackaged liquid to an inconvenient powder form that you have to prepare yourself. Customer service was horrible as well.

For the price they charge for products available at any drug store, I expected responsive customer service and a great overall experience. They totally ignored my emails and didn't answer my questions. Their packaging was a dump-and-wrap. I'm not ordering again.
