I tried this Chili sauce for the first time last night. It was so much more than just 'heat' - I could taste the various elements like ginger, garlic, and tomato. I was very impressed with the balance - there's plenty of hot chili flavor, of course, but this really a richly flavored condiment. I can't wait to try it on everything!
