This journal has been a game changer for me. I used to struggle with spiraling thoughts late at night (of course, when my therapist wasn't available). The guided, science-backed techniques covered in this book put an end to the worries, right there and then. Now, every time I start to have that nagging worry, I sit down with my Worry For Nothing journal and 10 mins later, I feel like a new person.
