In early 2020, when anxiety was at an all time high, sisters Ashley & Tess noticed the tools to address anxiety were both hard to find, and unhelpful. So, they decided to do something about it. Combining their backgrounds in psych, marketing and supply chain, they founded Four Progress. Their launch project, the Worry For Nothing journal is the first discreet, guided anxiety journal of its kind. Today, Four Progress has helped thousands of people take control of their anxious thoughts and empowered them to live a more mindful life.
