I've had a diagnosed hypothyroid condition and have been on prescription medication since my early 20s, but haven't actually FELT a difference until I started taking these capsules along with my prescribed medication. The thyroid support supplements on the market that are vitamins and iodine didn't make a difference either, but these are actual bovine hormones and work with my body. I did have to wrap my head around using animal products, but the results are beneficial enough for me to make an exception. I would definitely recommend this to anyone else suffering from hypothyroid/Hashimoto's.
