I haven't tried baking with this, which I'm sure is where this product really shines, so I'm probably missing out on the best part. But I've used it to saute veggies, and on sandwiches, and I do miss butter's flavour. Overall, it's not a bad alternative though.

After charging me for refrigerated 2 day shipping, the product came melted a week later. Support did not respond at all. Also, the expiration date was less than 3 weeks away, which for "butter" is ridiculous.
