At Food for the Sol, we believe food should make you feel as good as it tastes. That’s why we created a pasta alternative made from one simple ingredient: hearts of palm. It’s clean, low-carb, gluten-free, and full of flavor—so you can indulge without the heaviness. The idea was born after college, when Sophie wanted to lose weight and feel healthier without giving up the comforting meals she and her husband Nic loved—especially pasta. When they discovered hearts of palm, they saw the potential to create something delicious, nourishing, and completely clean. That spark became Food for the Sol. Our mission is to help people shine from within by offering delicious, feel-good foods that energize the body and uplift the soul. We value transparency, simplicity, and joy—bringing sunshine to every meal with wholesome ingredients and zero additives. Co-founded by wife & husband team Sophie and Nic, Food for the Sol was born from a shared desire to feel better while still enjoying the comfort foods we crave. We’re here to make healthy eating effortless, satisfying, and filled with vibrant, nourishing goodness.
