Fody Foods reviews and discussion

I have been following a low FODMap diet for a decade and have finally discovered Fody! I have yet to find a salsa that is THIS DELICIOUS (whether you are FODMap conscious or not!). I've also tried their salad dressings and spice blends and they do an amazing job without using any onion or garlic. Bye, bye, bloat. Their ranch seasoning is so yummy and one that is hard to do without certain ingredients. I'd say the same for their caesar - test it out!

Fody has some really great tasting marinades and sauces! I'm a bargain shopper and found a few bottles on sale and I love to try new foods, so I got them. The Korean BBQ sauce and marinade is made with zero onion or garlic but is so flavorful! This sauce is also keto, vegan and gluten free! I definitely will get more of these sauces!
