What a horrible experience I had purchasing a pair of trunks. This is my fifth purchase from this company and the first time I had an issue. They rely on AI for all of their customer service replies and I asked twice for a human to intervene. The trunks were sent to the wrong address and I begged the AI feature to have somebody contact me so that we could resolve the issue. To this date, five days later, zero zip nobody Nada . I'm very disappointed in this company for relying on artificial intelligence and not good old-fashioned customer service. Shame on you. I will never buy another product from your company.
