Okay, this Flexi leash really gives my pup the freedom to explore, up to 16 feet of fun while I still have control. The handle is comfy and the brake works smoothly when I need to pause. That said, I stay extra alert because the thin cord can catch on things or even get tangled, which isn’t ideal in crowded areas. Still, when I use it in open spaces or on quiet walks, it’s a great leash to have.

I love the retractable leashes sold by Flexi. They are great quality, last a long time, and come in many lengths so big dogs and smaller dogs alike can enjoy the freedom provided by a retractable leash. I also love that they come in so many colors so you can easily match your dogs harness or collar.

As someone who has a permanent scar on her calf from my dog suddenly BOLTING and cutting me with one of those corded retractable leashes, I have to say that this thing is a GODSEND. I swore off retractable leashes until I found this. A++++
