Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day, they arrived days late, destroyed and dried out. Spoke to someone called Jamie who said I could have a refund but now they are ignoring me. Terrible, disgusting service. Would never buy again and tell others not too either, they take your money and don’t deliver.

I ordered a bouquet for Mother’s Day, labouring under the apparently misguided belief that a company specialising in flowers might have a passing familiarity with both delivery dates and freshness. I was reassured that the arrangement had been prepared on the Saturday. What arrived on Monday—a full day after Mother’s Day had been and gone—suggested that whatever was “arranged” had then been quietly abandoned to its fate. The bouquet itself was a minor tragedy. The flowers were limp, fatigued, and bore all the hallmarks of something that had already accepted the inevitability of its own decline. Presenting them felt less like giving a gift and more like offering condolences. I have seen more life in a supermarket reduced section at closing time. One struggles to understand how a business built around a single annual peak event manages to miss it so completely. Mother’s Day is not an ambush. It is not an unexpected meteorological phenomenon. It occurs with reliable, almost comforting predictability—yet somehow this appears to have caught you entirely off guard. The delay alone would have been irritating. The condition alone would have been disappointing. The combination of both is, frankly, quite an achievement. Customer service, while polite in tone, gave the unmistakable impression of a well-rehearsed script—one suspects this is not unfamiliar territory. There is something almost admirable about the consistency. In summary, if your aim is to send a gesture that arrives late, looks defeated, and subtly undermines your credibility as a thoughtful human being, then this service delivers with remarkable precision. If, however, you were hoping for fresh flowers on the correct day, I would suggest almost any alternative—including, but not limited to, picking something from the garden and hoping for the best. A genuinely impressive failure from start to finish.

This Review is for. FLEUR DE LUXE UK not FLUER DU LUXE Birthday ruined by bad bouquet Further Update !!! After 2 replacement bouquets, both of inferior quality, was offered a different product. Chose a 3 stem Orchid plant from their website. 🥺😂recieved a very sad and very diseased 1 stem orchid that the leaves all but two fell off on opening and the 3 “ undamaged” flowers, fell off within 2 days. Yet another complaint forwarded and as yet no response . I just wish I could add pictures to this review 😡 UPDATE! Email received today offering another replacement!!! I had Flowers delivered from fleurdeluxe from a family member for my birthday. Where do I start, the card had no message or sender details added,(just my name and order number) ,bouquet was the wrong colour and the wrong (cheaper) flowers where used to that shown and described on website pictures. Flowers were wilted, broken, crushed and some even dead and mouldy.( within 2 days they where all dead and dying) I Contacted customer services with pictures of bouquet, and my complaints. I was sent a replacement bouquet which was terrible and much worse than the first. I followed up and Tried to further complain with further pictures and they have but bothered to answer any of my emails.Terrible customer service and terrible quality of flowers.They are not from a florist, they are from a packing company that does these bouquets in bulk. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

The feedback facility (Typeform?) doesn't work! Much like the flowers received this morning. Just received the flowers which were for a 48 year wedding anniversary. Disappointed doesn't do it. How on earth did this lot leave the florists. £40 !!!! DISGRACE. All the roses were wilted, dry and going brown. And, half the daisy type flowers were beheaded.

Poor experience inadequate flowers sent and overall poor presentation, extremely disappointing as they were for a funeral- I have read other reviews and wonder if they are genuine as not only did my order arrive with inadequate flowers, on contacting them they failed to take responsibility stating there were more flowers in pics I sent then there were and insultingly offered me £10…avoid disappointment use another florist…please see below the flowers I thought I ordered and the right the flowers I received…

We have had Fleur Du Luxe’s gorgeous arrangements for years and they still look as amazing as the day we bought them. We now use them to style all our properties and offices. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
