This company is a total rip off. I purchased a pair of Urban Loafers in Blue for my husband. When we received the shoes they were Black. I checked the invoice and realized I ordered the wrong color by mistake. I promptly contacted Final Black to let them know what happened and if we could exchange for the color we wanted. I received a response right away with info on where to send. I returned the shoes the following day. Final Black received my return on 1-6-25. I sent 2 follow emails and heard nothing until 1-24-25. Final Black blamed my husband claiming he must have worn the shoes outside the house more than once and they could not believe that I would return shoes in this condition. My husband tried the shoes on and realized they were the wrong color and asked if we could return. Final Black said in their email that they would not exchange or refund my $75.00 because of the conditiion of the shoes. I have never in my life been treated like this by any company. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. Final Black had the nerve to tell my credit card company that they offered to return the shoes to me. They did no such thing. I told my credit card company that I did not trust this company and at this stage in this nightmare I wanted a refund as I did not trust this company to send the shoes that were returned. I found out today that my credit card company is siding with Final Black. It is illegal for a company to keep your money and the item returned. This is fraud and my credit card company has allowed this company to get away with this. Unfortunately, I am unable to rate with negative stars. This company is a fraud. If you are brave enough to purchase from Final Black and have to return an item make sure you take pictures of the top and bottom, sides etc. I did not do this as I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be scammed by a shady company. This company is based in Solvenia and they have distribution warehouses in Hong Kong and the USA. Had I been able to find out where the shoes were coming from, I would have thought long and hard before giving my hard earned money to this company.

This company is garbage. I ordered a pair of shoes from them and they sent me the wrong color. I have reached out to them numerous time to try and get a correction. They have never responded to any of my emails or or other communication attempts. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT.
