Fiber One is a trustworthy company to turn to for high-fiber snacks. I like their dessert-like snacks with various flavors. Their chewy oat bars are also a tasty option for a healthy snack on the go. I only warn against eating more than the recommended amount at once, as it can cause digestive issues. However, many high-protein items can cause digestive issues if consumed in excess, so as long as this is taken into account, I believe these snacks are a great option.

I've tried one of the donuts from this brand. It's probably the most disappointing donut I've had in my life. I wasn't expecting much because this is Fiber One after all, but this donut was a whole lot of "nothing" as far as taste goes. The actual donut also hardly resembles the picture on the packaging.

Honestly don't waste your money on these things. Fiber One offers a lot of products but they are full of artificial sweeteners and really don't taste all that great. Yes they are high in fiber but there are other better ways to get your daily fiber goal in that will do your gut more good than these bars. The brand does a good job making you think you are eating a healthy product, by marketing their high fiber content, when in reality if you read the ingredients the product is not all that healthy.
