Do not buy anything from Felorro (felorro.com). They are an absolute scam operating under misleading social media advertisements. The items delivered look nothing like the premium quality shown online; they are cheap, poorly made, and incorrectly sized knockoffs.When you try to return an item, they make it completely impossible. They either ignore customer service emails entirely, offer tiny "partial refunds" to get you to disappear, or demand exorbitant illegal return fees to addresses abroad. This violates UK consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act. I have reported this site to Action Fraud and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). Avoid them at all costs and protect your money.
