Reviews mention

  • Precise temperature control kettles
  • Sleek, minimalist countertop aesthetics
  • Quiet, compact burr grinders
  • Consistent, even coffee grinds
  • Slow gooseneck water flow
  • Messy, static-prone grinder output
  • Chipping or fading exterior coating
  • Vacuum canister seal inconsistency

Fellow earns strong reviews for delivering precise, fast-heating kettles and capable grinders that look striking on the counter, with temperature control and consistent pour cited as standouts. Reviews also flag weaknesses: slow gooseneck flow for non–pour-over use, grinder mess/static and limited espresso fineness (Gen 1), finish chipping/rust in some mugs and kettles, occasional loose lids/buttons, and vacuum canisters losing seal.

  • we loveeee the grinder + air tight coffee jar beeb using both for years!

  • Great design, excited to purchase, referred a sister and sister in law. Placed order...then read reviews whereby clearly there are quality issues. Box arrived, I did not open it, emailed company box was unopened and I'd like to return due to unfavorable product reviews. Company sent return label although UPS policy returns unopened boxes to sender at no cost to customer. Fellow credited my card though $20 dollars short purchase price, claiming they charge for return shipping? Clearly not a wise customer service move and certainly not good to build a business. Thumbs down experience here.

The company should understand that with such poor reviews from buyers, potential new customers may change their purchasing mindset mid-stream. A well defined business would know that UPS will waive return shipping fees when boxes are unopened. To charge the customer for their lack of understanding of UPS policies is just poor customer service. Great looking designs deserve better workmanship and finishing to avoid product failures.

  • Love the look and function of this product. We had a flaw in a carafe and were able to return and get a fast replacement.

  • Definitely recommend the grinder, great size and look on the bench. Note it doesnt go down the espresso but other than that it’s great.

  • I received the Stagg EKG Electric Kettle as a gift for the holidays last year and have been using it almost nightly since then. It's a great machine that heats water quickly to make pour-over/french press coffee, brew tea, and anything else that requires hot water.

  • I’ve had this for about a year plus. It’s been a great grinder. A little messy from time to time with static retention. But from a grinds point of view. The grind sizes you can get are good for just pour overs and above. Don’t expect to make any espressos with this grinder. The build quality is top notch and it small footprint makes it very convenient for any space. It’s REALLY quiet like it’s amazing how quiet this grinder is. This is definitely a luxury grinder. Just FYI

Burrs that go finer, stepless grind adjustments , less static retention

  • I ordered the black electric kettle with the pour spout online, direct from the brand. It was shipped promptly and got her in a couple days. I love that you can set the temperature to a specific degree, and that it keeps it there instead of shutting off when it boils. It heats up quickly, as quick as other comparable models. The spout does allow for precision pour and works great with my chemex to make sure the coffee blooms. It looks great on the counter.

There isn’t an easy way to measure when pouring water, although after about 10 days of using it I can eyeball how full I need it for my morning coffee. I also wish there was a click when it was at the temperature it’s set for so I know when to return to the brewing process.
