Feather & Bone sells 3 ingredient skincare for mama & baby. Our products are inspired by Indian traditions and backed by science. Our ingredients celebrate Mother Earth and Mother India: plant-based, pure and purposeful. We truly believe what you put ON your body matters just as much as what we put IN. We take on the energy of the ingredients which affects our mind and well-being. Ingredients matter. Investing in ingredients = safe products + happy mind. Our ingredients are straight from Mother Earth, what better energy could you ask for? :) I invented the first ever face tablet called Face Gems (won best cleanser in 2017), a formula I created at age 12. At 12, I had a bad reaction to a store bought face wash. I tried everything, but it only made things worse. One day the burning was so bad that my mum recommended Indian sandalwood, the burning stopped instantly. This piqued my interest about natural ingredients and caring for your skin. I spent time understanding about the skin's needs as an organ and why ingredients matter and thus created the now formula for Face Gems. I experienced a similar issue when pregnant with my son in 2020, many of the prenatal/postpartum and newborn essentials are ingredient packed. Being well-versed in ingredients and the skin I developed a line that would be clean but also effective. I shared the products with other moms. The line formally launched in 2021, since then has sold out multiple times, awarded for best baby line and our diaper balm was featured in the NYTimes.
