Their pricing is deceptive and predatory. I was shown a price in multiple areas that led me to believe a 3-month couch rental was $200 but this was a monthly charge. Upon receiving a surprise charge for the second month they showed a screenshot where the cost is shown as monthly in one area of the website but the pricing is intentionally misleading in most other areas. Additionally, the total price when charged monthly is predatory as the retail value of the couch is $1,000 and their rental charge for 3 months is over $600.

Clear pricing. Better customer service. (I was told multiple times there was nothing they could do for a refund even when offering to return the couch a month early and asking for a reasonable 'no charge for the month that I don't have the couch)
