I was hopeful about etota drinks, expecting a bitter tangy taste like Aperol or Campari, but it’s sickly sweet and just tastes likes grape juice, very disappointing.

The ruby-red, zero-per-cent sipper has a sharp tang from ingredients like gentian and schisandra, a restrained sweetness from grape juice and strawberry, and depth from beetroot. Use it just like you would Campari, Aperol or another aperitivo-hour classic.
