The website and customer service is a joke. Head of marketing and sales Nancy Kim is equally a joke. I purchased two sweaters in two different sizes from their website and sent both back the very next day. The company received my returns but only refunded me for one returned sweater despite my sending both back. Nancy Kim replied back that they attempted to refund me for the second sweater but the PayPal system rejected their refund. She promised she would re- do. Ms Kim lied. They not only did not refund me the second sweater that I returned , they blocked my refund when I escalated the dispute with PayPal ( since I purchased through them ). It is unfair, vile and disgusting that I am left to pay over $300 for a sweater I don’t even have! If you decide to purchase their overpriced sweaters DO NOT do so through their website. Only purchase from a reputable seller who will do the right thing if you have to make a return ( such as Saks and Neimans and where I purchased all of their other sweaters). Expensive mistake I will never make again and hope to prevent others from doing so.
