Energy Bits are pure spirulina—a nutrient-dense blue-green algae with so many benefits for your body and brain, it’s almost ridiculous! They’re packed with protein, Omega-3s, and over forty vitamins and minerals. Now, counting out thirty tablets of Energy Bits isn’t exactly a two-second task, and yes, your fingers will turn green in the process. But I’m serious when I say I noticed a real difference on Day 1.
