    I prefer my vitamin C to be liposomal as it's easier to absorb. This is a pretty bog standard vitamin C that we have at work. The form factor makes it easy to take so in that respect i think it's a good option for most people.

    I really liked these Emergen-C Immune+ Crystals. The Berry Lemonade flavor is actually really good and not overly sweet. They’re super convenient since you don’t need water, so I could just pour a pack and keep going. Perfect for busy mornings or commuting days. I definitely felt like I was getting a little boost during the week. I’d use these again.

    Emergen-C is a wonderful option for when you are under the weather or are just wanting a vitamin boost. I like the variety of forms, with my favorite being the original orange flavor that you can mix with drinks. It has a good non-chalky or medicinal taste, which I appreciate. I also swear by this product for when I first start to feel a cold coming on. I take one of these and nap, and I am good.

    The Immune + 1000 mg Vitamin C + Vitamin D & Zinc Raspberry Flavored Fizzy Drink Mix (I know such a mouthful) is a great drink mix when you're looking for a quick immunity boost that doesn't taste nasty.
