I have had this mug for a few years now and its still going strong. I am a very slow tea drinker so this is perfect for me. The battery life is still decent after all these years. The app is redundant IMO. My only complaint is that if you get the white it stains as shown in my photo lol, however i have found the ultimate cleaning hack. Leave a dissolved retainer cleaner tablet in there for 1-2 days and it will look as good as new!!!
