We've loved every single puzzle we've done so far! Not just because the puzzle (and packaging, etc) feels so thoughtful and stunning-- but because they're delightfully infuriating. Haha. You can't expect traditional edges. You can't be surprised by designed gaps within the puzzle itself. These puzzles are absolute madness. And they're so freaking fun.

Man these puzzles are addicting. The experience is totally different from a cardboard or laser cut puzzle like Liberty. My kids love them, my in-laws love them, it works for every generation and takes us all away from our phones for a while. We always have a puzzle out and friends go nuts when they come over. We bring them with us on long weekends with friends and they're always a hit. Plus it's a family-owned small business, which feels good to support. We do their rental program, which is about the price of buying a laser cut puzzle – a way to access a high-end product without buying. Love Elms!!

I come from a long line of puzzle aficionados but had never seen anything as meticulously crafted and detailed until I discovered Elms. We rented "Caramel Apples" puzzle by artist Laura DeMars which is just over 500 pieces. Tons of whimsical pieces and puzzles tricks made it difficult but extremely fun to solve. I love the cottagecore aesthetic. Perfect for assembling with family by a roaring fire.

Amazing! I am newer to puzzling, enjoying it as a kid but really appreciating how fun, engaging, and relaxing it is as an adult- it is my go to for anxiety and stress relief. Elms are hand cut, so they have a really chunky, satisfying feel to the pieces, so much fun to hold and put together. The puzzle pieces are all different shapes, with intricate “whimsies” (pieces shaped like animals and objects) and lots of surprises (designs cut in the puzzle, like star shapes made from pieces connecting with space in between). Great selection of images, and I love the rental option! Very sustainable too- handmade in the US by individual artists, great customer service, no plastic in the shipping, etc. and super long lasting- if you buy one, you’ll have a family heirloom for generations!
