So I may be biased towards a homegrown Pacific Northwest company making handcrafted products because it's manufactured just six miles away from where I live, but I think anyone who tries the smoked albacore will agree it's amazing. It needs nothing. I like it on a bowl of brown rice and spinach cooked in Fly By Jing chili oil. Sometimes I will cover the bowl in tahini sauce and pickled red onions if I have some. It's an easy and filling meal. I don't like the harvesting of octopus. They are intelligent animals and should be left to their own devices. One star removed for that. I actually rarely eat fin fish as well and really prefer shellfish. I feel the lower on the food chain, the better it is for everyone. The smoked mussels are my favorite in a bowl of coconut curry. I wish they would look into harvesting invasive species. There are non-native crawfish in the area. I'm sure they're tasty and eating them is good for the environment.
