I recently had a very frustrating experience with Egg Back Home. I ordered an item from their website, only to be hit with an unexpectedly high customs fee upon arrival (about 30% of my order value). I immediately contacted their customer service to cancel the order and request a refund, but their response was disappointing. While I understand that customs fees are not within their control, their website claims to accept returns if items are in their original condition and packaging. Despite this, they refused to process a refund without charging me additional return fees. This is completely unreasonable and goes against their own stated policy. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. If you're considering ordering from them, beware of hidden costs and unhelpful customer support.
