I recently went gluten-free and one of the things I missed most was pasta. Eat Senza’s Little Pastina has been such a wonderful find—it cooks beautifully, holds its shape, and has the taste and texture of real pasta. It feels comforting and authentic, not like a compromise. On top of that, the packaging is absolutely adorable, and you can tell how much love and care goes into the brand. The couple who runs Eat Senza are not only kind and approachable, but also so genuinely passionate about their mission. It makes supporting them feel even better.
