Prima bars use clean ingredients and they are very healthy. They are VERY dense, which I don’t mind, but yes, you have to bite pretty hard. What I don’t understand and strongly dislike is a very sour-bitter taste. It makes no sense to me nor my family nor our friends. We are 90% dark chocolate and cacao powder users and the bad taste doesn’t come from that. So what exactly is causing this dilemma? I wished the brand could address because its base idea is excellent!!
