I love DryWater hydration and vitamin powder! It has become an integral part of my daily routine. I combine one stick in 16 oz of water and drink it before I have my coffee every day. I've also really enjoyed adding it into my prep routine for fasting because of the electrolytes and magnesium it contains. My favorite flavors are the Peach Mango and the Raspberry Lemon! I feel good about the ingredients in this powder unlike many of the others you can find at the grocery store.
