STRONG menthol based cream including ingredients like bee poison and other insects versus heavily medicated pain relief. It helps with my sciatica and tightness in shoulders. There’s a slight burn on my skin for a few minutes first, then disappears. Pay attention to the expiration date as it looses strength after opening at the end of the indicated date.
