Tastes good, does seem to make me pretty full? But it's expensive, and their recommendation to consume it multiple times a day for full effect just isn't in my price range, so that's a bit of a bummer.

I do notice a bit of a difference in my cravings and desire to snack between meals. I am hoping that as I continue to take it, this increases and helps with satiety more. So far, though, so good! It tastes delicious.
