Listen, I need caffeine in order to be fully functional, but I don't really like coffee. I had been buying caffeinated energy bars from another brand and they were great until I got Invisalign and couldn't chew them. Enter Dr. Steve's miraculous little flavored melts of pure delight and joy. These have made my life so much easier in the last 8 months because I don't have to remove my aligners in order to eat them and they don't stain like coffee or energy drinks. They give me focus and energy, but without jitters or a crash. They do have a distinct caffeine flavor that might take some people a minute to get used to, but I already enjoy the green tea and black tea flavor in other products so I liked them immediately. 10/10 would recommend.
