Unfortunately, a very poor experience with DOGGUO. I placed an order well, long before Christmas, with a total value of approximately €300 (multiple products). The website clearly stated that orders would be processed within 24 hours and shipped within 2–3 business days. This did not happen. After waiting a few days, I contacted them to ask where my order was, as I wanted to receive it before Christmas. I also clearly stated that if shipping before Christmas was not possible, I would like to cancel the order. I then received a response saying the order would be shipped the following morning. This did not happen. The next day, I emailed again requesting cancellation, since it was now clear the order would not arrive in time for Christmas. I received no response to this message. Eventually, only a shipping label was created, but DPD has still not received the parcel. At this point, it has been more than a week (8 days) since the label was created. In other words, nothing has been shipped. My last two emails were completely ignored. My request to cancel the order and receive a refund has been ignored as well. I have received no package, no refund, and no further communication. I understand that the holiday period can be busy, but no delivery, no response, and no solution is simply unprofessional, especially for an order of this value. I would absolutely not recommend this company. The communication from Veerle and Jet is poor, and the way this situation was handled is highly unprofessional. There is STILL no solution, no reply, refund or product.

🌟 My honest review of Dogguo after a very disappointing experience 🌟 I placed an order on Dogguo’s website on May 28th, trusting what seemed to be a serious brand promising fast 48-hour delivery. I even paid extra for express shipping. But 15 days later… my order still hadn’t been shipped. No clear information, no tracking, and most importantly: no communication from their side to explain the delay. It was only after I reached out myself that I received a vague response mentioning they were "in the middle of moving" — without any real apology. A few days later, another surprise: I was informed that the dog bed I had ordered was actually out of stock… 15 days after my purchase, and despite it being listed as available at the time I placed the order. No anticipation, no transparency, no notification. I had no choice but to select a different model (the Zebra Bed - Roest/Zwart), simply because only 3 options were left — basically the ones that don’t sell. Luckily, I had ordered an extra cover I like, otherwise the whole order would have been a complete failure. They offered to refund the shipping costs and add a "generous" 15% discount — but in reality, a 10% discount is already applied to most of the sale items on their website. So this goodwill gesture felt pretty limited. In the end: 🔸 An order placed for a special occasion (my dog’s birthday) completely ruined 🔸 A customer experience where I had to chase information and deal with their internal issues 🔸 Extremely poor communication 🔸 Poor stock management 🔸 A customer service far below what one expects from a modern brand in 2025 I’m honestly very disappointed, and I won’t be recommending this brand to others. It’s a shame — the concept seemed great, but the execution and customer care were anything but professional.
