The shade is such a pretty cherry-like red that instantly brightens my face. The formula feels lightweight and moisturizing, not sticky at all, and it gives my lips that soft blurred look with a glossy finish. One thing I wasn't expecting was how good it smells, kind of like fresh fruit. I actually catch myself sniffing it after I put it on because the scent is so nice. The wear time is impressive too; it holds up really well through the day, especially with oils or balms layered on top. The only downside is that it doesn't love water. If I'm drinking without a straw it can fade unevenly.
