We've been buying this bread since it came out and periodically would receive a loaf with holes in the bread the size of a quarter or silver dollar. The last four loaves have all had this issue so we're tired of paying for bread that is not of a standard that it should be. The quality control people are either not doing their job or there aren't any, I'm not sure which. We're sad to have to find another bread, but what else to do? King Soopers has refunded us each time but they shouldn't have to lose money because of the poor quality of this product
