Dapper & Wise Roasters reviews and discussion

I’m not a huge fan of dark roasts. But lately I’ve come across a few that are roasted by someone with a lot of skill to keep the roast tasting rich without becoming bitter or burnt tasting. Dapper & Wise Bonfire Blend is very good. It definitely possesses the notes of cacao and toasted marshmallow. It’s awesome with foam. I love this in my aeropress and the pour over.
