I am loving the Paper & Progress Wellness Journal! This journal is a 12-week journey to a stronger, healthier, and more confident you. It serves as a guide to reset, realign, and take meaningful steps to create the life you desire. There is a weekly rhythm for planning, reflection, and action with daily check-ins. This journal could not have come at a better time with today being New Years Eve. I think this journal is one of the best investments you can make in your future self. I am eager to no longer merely survive, but thrive, and I am hopeful this journal will have a hand in that!
