love the concept, but the bags are so heavy! the material also starts to look pretty rough and sags over time. i do love their smaller neoprene items, hold up really well and perfect for the gym.

Just received the Indie Diaper Bag, large in black after paying $40 for a rush order due to a warning on the DD website about shipping delays. I’m due to have a baby in a week and wanted to make sure we had the bag in time to pack the baby’s things it it and take it with us to the hospital. Upon opening the box and dust cover this bag came in, I was smacked in the face by a strong noxious chemical smell that immediately made me want to vomit and get this bag out of my home. It was so strong my husband— who was in the next room— said within about 20 seconds, “What is that smell?” I’ve smelled neoprene before…but it’s never been this strong. This bag is clearly *laden* with chloroprene, which is a known carcinogen used in the production process. The last thing I would ever do is place my baby’s clean organic clothing, Coterie diapers, and changing pad inside this bag, let along bring this bag into a closed space like a car or hospital delivery room. I’m honestly appalled that DD is charging $215 for this toxic bag! I do not recommend this or any other DD bags made of neoprene to anyone. Now that I’ve received the bag and looked into this issue, I’m suddenly seeing all of the buried reviews from unhappy customers who are also complaining about the smell. YUCK!! Do not buy!

The quality is subpar. We got the Indi medium in Camel and even plain water stains it. Washing doesn't really get it off. Space is a bit tight inside the bag too and it barely fits the items that come with it. My husband was annoyed with it but we stuck it out anyway because its stylish. The kicker was when we lost the changing pad during our travels. I wrote to customer service and they said they don't offer replacements and wanted me to buy a much larger changing pad for $60 (I paid $190 for the bag so they want me to spend 30% of that cost on a pad). The mini pad barely fit in there so to ask me to buy a bigger one was strange. I've lost Skip Hop changing pads in the past and the company has sent replacement pads for free. Much better customer service and quality compared to this cheaply made non-sense. I'd skip it.

Ordered backpack and handbag. VERY DISAPPOINTED. No clear instructions that it was final sale. Handbag material is super cheap looking, would never be caught dead wearing this. Backpack is TINY. Can't fit anything in it. Waste of money. Even if it was discounted a little. Was a first time customer. I order a lot of stuff and will NEVER order from this company again.

I love everything about this bag. The quality is just amazing, strong, and long-lasting. I would recommend this bag to anyone. If you want a reliable bag I would always go for this one.

Love all the products. Was gifted the backpack by a friend and just the look and feel of it are so nice. High quality, sustainable and innovative. Every little detail, such as the pockets were well thought out. I bought multiple other products from them since and have gifted Dagne Dover products to multiple people.

I bought the Vida Organic tote. I love how how many pockets it has and compartments to keep things. I love the spot it has for the water bottle so it doesn’t slip around. It was a little pricey though.

Amazing quality so lightweight and durable. Can easily be washed and the results are the same as when you brought it. The fabric they use is top notch and the colors are amazing. I have 4 bags and soon to be buying a 5th.

I love my purchase! I purchased the Large Dakota bag in black. I use it as my studying bag and my work bag. There's a bunch of compartments that make it very useful for storage. I store my laptop, ipad, a few books, an umbrella, a water bottle, even more stuff! The bag is also very comfortable, and I'm thankful not to have back strain. I also recieve compliments on the sleek design all of the time. I'm buying another in pink!

I own a diaper bag, weekend bag, and the phone sling(all in black) I love these bags, the material is so sturdy and does not show stains. Very durable bags and I love the minimalist look. I wear my phone sling daily, and our diaper bag has held up for almost a year now!

Really good quality products. I especially like the tech organizers as they do a great job of separating various cords, adapters, and corded headphones.

I've only tried the medium-sized backpack in black, but it's worth its weight in gold. I have to citibike to my gym and it's the perfect solution for me -- holds sweaty clothing but doesn't smell gross after. Super high-quality look and feel, from the straps to the interior pockets.
