I'd been eyeing & wanting to support this brand for a while. Finally bought a beautiful brocade backless tank in the size the guide suggested. Way too small, did not cover my chest and one of the straps broke immediately. Unwearable and disappointed, no exchanges or returns and it was pricey.
This brand is everything. I'm deeply inspired by the founder who has added a traditional touch to modern lines and aesthetics. I often see fast fashion brands rip off Chinese traditional dress as a one-off style to hop on the bandwagon, which never felt right to me. This brand does it right--it's a pillar of their mission.

I am very disappointed with their customer service and their return policy. The clothes is fine and they do have some cool unique design however, given the nature of online shopping it just isn’t fair or convenient for the consumers to not be able to exchange any items that are on sale. If you don’t go into their website to their return policy, you won’t know that’s the policy either. They should say final sale or something on the product itself. So it’s misleading. The clothes are not cheap so even discounted items are over $100. Even if you carefully check the sizing chart sometimes you just can’t gage how the clothes will fit until it arrives. The fact that they don’t have any exchange policy in place is pretty ridiculous as an online retailer. I will never shop here again until they change this. Disappointing. You can have all the cute products you want but you still have to put customer service first if you want your brand to thrive. Hope they make some changes and actually reply to emails that your customers took the time to send. ( I sent multiple emails and no response whatsoever)

This company has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They tell you it takes 3-5 business days to respond back to your email as it is a small business, but it doesn't matter how many emails you send, they never respond back. I'm having an issue generating my return label on the platform they use for returns, loop returns.com, and it is asking me to contact the company directly for help. Their return window is only 14 days so you will inevitably miss the return window since they never respond and you will be stuck with your clothes. Their clothes feel very cheap, thin, polyester, unlined. Definitely not worth the price per clothing item. Would not shop here again. What a horrible experience.
