I'll start by saying that I'm not vegan. What I love about Current Foods is that it is genuinely GOOD. I enjoy sushi, but the thought of eating raw fish has always kind of grossed me out. Current Foods is a great way to get that authentic sushi experience without meat. You don't have to be vegan to enjoy it.
