Cranel Cranberry Drink

I ordered my first supply through Amazon. I like the product. I then signed up directly with Cranel for the autoship every 4 weeks and ordered on April 29th. Upon tracking, my order has been stuck in Denver NC since April 30th. I am unable to contact anyone at Cranel. No responses to my emails. Online chat is useless since I have waiting for a response for almost an hour. The 800-288-3475 number listed is not a working number. My payment was taken out immediately. I would like someone to reach out to me as soon as possible.
