I wasn’t too sure about ordering with the lack of reviews the company have so I ordered using a disposable virtual card just incase. I liked the selection on their website and would like to try the custom paintings at some stage. Their products are expensive at first look but they seem to always have good deals and discounts. I ended up getting a really good discount they were running. The products took about 2-3 weeks to arrive but their predicted shipping times were accurate. The numbers and detail on products can be small and difficult. I think they should tell you the difficulty rating of each product more clearly. Overall i had a positive experience with this company but you do have to look out for their discount deals as without them it can be an expensive product. Bought four in total now. It come with everything you need and makes a great gift or date night activity.

Waited a month to ship only to be notified it was sent but to the wrong address. They even sent a picture of the wrong house. They haven't replied and simply blame the courier company as to wipe their hands clean of responsibility to resolve. Now, they are trying to avoid giving me a refund.

I purchased a painting about a week before Valentine's Day after seeing an ad saying that it will arrive by Valentine's Day. I loved the idea of painting this canvas with my wife on that day. They don't tell you when to expect the painting until after you pay, and when I received the tracking number, it showed that the painting would arrive more than 3 weeks later, well after Valentine's Day. Tried to contact them but they only replied a few days later to let me know that the painting was already shipped and it was too late to cancel the order. I feel I was scammed with false advertising. Very shady business if you ask me. Find alternatives.

DO NOT BUY. These people took my money and never sent me what I ordered. I even contacted them and they will not reply.

Terrible. The picture in the ad looks like a photo. It’s fake looking.

WASTE OF MONEY!! Don’t waste your $ AI generated images. Finished project looks nothing like it SCAM ……. Terrible to try to encourage someone to be artistic and paint when they don’t even have an artist draw the image to copy !!!
