Craftsman products are very reliable tools that get the job done. The quality of products have declined over the years. I would recommend Craftsman tools to any individual looking for an affordable equipment to add to your collection. I personally have use many Craftsman tools, such as shop vacs to drills. Craftsman tools are the second tier of tools. Craftsman tools are decently priced well on the market against competitors like Dewalt. These perform well and get the job done. Great for gifts and affordable DIY projects around the home.

When it comes to rather or not to buy a Craftsman product I would say it depends on what you want. I have not been as impressed with the quality of many of their power tools. They just don't last as long as other brands and while slightly cheeper I have found that I would rather pay a little more for a better quality power tool. However when it comes to functional products (like a utility blade) I have yet to find one that I like as much as the one made by Craftsman.
