I’ve been using Cowboy Colostrum for a little while now and overall I’m very satisfied with it. The flavor is surprisingly good and much smoother than I expected compared to other colostrum products I’ve tried. It tastes clean and slightly sweet, making it easy to add to shakes or even just mix with water. That said, it can be a little clumpy when stirring, especially if you are not using a blender, so it sometimes takes extra mixing to get it fully smooth. The monk fruit flavor is also a bit strong for my personal preference and lingers slightly after drinking, though it is not unpleasant. Overall, it is a high quality product with great taste, just minor texture and sweetness adjustments away from being perfect.
