    I love chocolate, and have been trying out a variety beyond my usual bars of 80% dark. I picked this up an a whim. The quality of the chocolate was very good - quite dark, creamy, and with a good mouthfeel and ‘snap’. The filling was far too sweet and overwhelmed the flavor of the almond filling. At $7 for four squares, I found it very over priced.

    I look far and wide for the almond butter bars from this brand. I could eat them every single evening (and do when I get my hands on them). They’re sort of like what See’s Candy would be if it were “healthy” The hazelnut flavor is a runner up. (Don’t be fooled by the Berkeley Bar flavor — it’s not as good) HIGHLY recommend these to anyone with a sweet tooth who is conscious of an ingredient label — they even use coconut sugar in their chocolate. For holidays you can make a box of truffles — I haven’t tried this yet but plan to for an upcoming holiday.

    $6.50 for 2 truffles feels like a lot and may be a deal breaker for a lot of people I’d love to see a peanut flavor — and maybe some other options. Not sure why the Berkeley Bars don’t work — the ones I had were almost dry. I feel like if someone started with that flavor they wouldn’t bother trying the other (more amazing) options
