Conservas Ortiz

Ortiz make my absolute favourite anchovies, and I'm someone who knows their anchovies. I normally have 10+ cans in my fridge (yes you need to always store anchovies in the fridge!) Once I open a can there's zero chance they won't all get eaten at once. My favourite way of using a can of anchovies is simply with some freshly baked sourdough bread, a few chili flakes and some extra virgin olive oil with maybe a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

The tuna fish was pleasant overall. The tin is fairly small and the cost per serving size is on the higher side.
